Chamomile - relieves anxiety and depression. It’s mild sedative qualities promote relaxation.
Lavender - known for calming the mind and the body.
Clary Sage - coined, the women’s oil, alleviates anxiety and irritability promoting relaxation and clarity.
White Thyme - cleanses the air, and eases respiration and strengthens the body and spirit.
Additionally, sweet basil oil, vetiver and sandalwood. All proven to be grounding, calming and soothing.
Each candle comes with a card, sharing with the recipient why this candle has been designed, and what Sunday will assist them with. A kind and thoughtful gift for the soul.
